Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for different roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely updates and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Participate in recruitment drives, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: B.Com, BBA, BMS (Freshers & Experienced).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of recruitment tools and social media platforms.
- Freshers with a passion for HR are welcome to apply; prior HR or recruitment experience is a plus.
