Job Role or Description
Financial Support
- Provide financial analysis and support for various franchise initiatives of the responsible Franchise
- Provide financial analysis and support for NTS, RGM, OCNIS, Opex, Contribution Margin.
- Helping in preparing BP/Forecasts, and Variance analysis.
- Helping in preparation of Long Range Business Plan.
- Preparing regular Business review deck in close coordination with various stakeholders.
- Timely and effective analysis, to drive business,
- Preparing various report’s requirement from Region/Global Teams.
- Analyzing investment decisions and keep proper track of Fixed Asset register
- Timely and proactive feedback on financial implications of events to key stakeholders.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed including compliance with WWP / SOX guidelines
Management Support
- Support strong Compliance awareness, within the franchise.
- Working close coordination with Compliance team.
- Understand the monthly sales trends and drivers by channel / product line and ensure steps are taken to address gaps with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) by evaluating the opportunities and managing all aspects of financial assessment including ROI, IRR, and cash flow analysis
