🎓 Educational Qualification:

• UG: Any Graduate
• PG: Full-Time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Industrial Relations

✅ Must-Have Skills & Criteria:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate in-house recruitment
• Background in the manufacturing industry is mandatory
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Candidates must reside in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR
• Applicants who have attended an interview with JSPL in the last 6 months will not be considered

📝 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:

• Devise and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent
• Use job boards, social media, and referrals to proactively build talent pipelines

🔹 Screening & Selection:

• Shortlist resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates’ cultural and technical fit

🔹 Interviewing & Assessments:

• Create interview frameworks, conduct assessments, and provide feedback to hiring managers

🔹 Offer Management:

• Negotiate offers, handle candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding

🔹 Hiring Manager Collaboration:

• Partner with business heads to align hiring with organizational goals
• Guide and assist managers on job descriptions, selection tools, and interview techniques

🔹 Compliance & Data Reporting:

• Maintain accurate hiring metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws
