🔹 Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:
- Devise and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent
- Use job boards, social media, and referrals to proactively build talent pipelines
🔹 Screening & Selection:
- Shortlist resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates’ cultural and technical fit
🔹 Interviewing & Assessments:
- Create interview frameworks, conduct assessments, and provide feedback to hiring managers
🔹 Offer Management:
- Negotiate offers, handle candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding
🔹 Hiring Manager Collaboration:
- Partner with business heads to align hiring with organizational goals
- Guide and assist managers on job descriptions, selection tools, and interview techniques
🔹 Compliance & Data Reporting:
- Maintain accurate hiring metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws
