📝 Job Description:
As an Apprentice – Field Sales, you’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and promoting gold loan products through direct field sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate fresh leads through field visits and customer outreach
- Promote gold loan and third-party financial products
- Conduct customer meetings and follow-ups to convert leads into active customers
- Support in branch-level marketing and catchment development
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet monthly sales and cross-selling targets
🎯 Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 0 to 5 Years (Freshers Welcome)
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Willingness to work in the field
