Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Drive Training Need Analysis Process to bridge the competency gap as per organization, functional, and individual development needs through various modes and means
- Support in developing and driving organization-level leadership development programs
- Organise training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions as per the training calendar
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and other assessment tools, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Manage learning resources, materials, and external vendors, to maximize the impact of training initiatives.
- Develop and deploy e-learning solutions and drive the same across the organization
- Maintain records of training activities, attendance, L&OD dashboards and outcomes for reporting and audit purposes.
- Drive L&OD digital journey including Learning Management System enhancement
- Support in organization-level OD initiatives execution across units and locations
Preferred candidate profile
- Corporate Training experience is must
