Healthcare, Inbound & Outbound Calls, International Voice support in Healthcare Domain, RCM, Denial Management, Provider, Payer Experience,
Claims Processing, AR Calling, Claims Query, Entire RCM Cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience with good English Communication is Mandatory (Minimum 6months in US Healthcare with RCM, Denials)
Rounds of interview:
HR Screening, Versant Test and Operations Interview
