Job Role or Description
- Source deals directly or through consultants targeting and screening of potential acquisitions and other investments / diversifications. Examine and structure merger, acquisition, joint venture deals, including valuation, negotiation, and ensuring that the legal agreements mirror the commercials Assist and helps manage due diligence and data gathering process for investments and acquisitions through In-house resources or the external resources / consultants. Work with Risk Advisory and Financial Advisory corporate development network teams to evaluate and pursue cross member firm acquisition opportunities. Develop inorganic growth strategies as per mandate given and prioritize the target industry. Consult with the stakeholders for relevant expertise from the industry and subject matter experts within the organization to support target project. Develop strategic and business case deliverables for executive review and governance approval Support the development of acquisition priorities in conjunction with target Market and Industry leadership. Conduct research and analysis on M&A activity and special projects which includes gathering historical financial data, updating various databases, and tracking, organizing and distributing market information to Leadership. The ability to analyse data models to deliver logical conclusions
