As a Java Backend Developer at Capgemini, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable microservices-based applications that power global enterprise systems.
You’ll work in a dynamic, agile environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

⚙️ Technical Skills Required

✅ Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
✅ Expertise in RESTful API design and implementation
✅ Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
✅ Familiarity with Swagger, Postman, and API documentation tools
✅ Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
✅ Experience with performance tuning and debugging complex backend systems

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy microservices-based backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and maintain REST APIs for cross-system integration
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with Agile teams, product owners, and UX/UI designers
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement discussions

• 6–12 years of experience in Java backend development
