Job Description/Skills Required

  •  Strong understand of US Mortgage, Default Administration, underwriting support including Assets, Wages and Income calculation  Good understanding of FHA, VA and USDA guidelines is an added advantage  Conventional Mortgage underwriting  Experience in calculating income for both salaried and self employed  Good understanding of asset review, appraisal review, credit review, underwriting, income calculation.  Able to fore forecast, plan and deliver effectively at engagement level  Identify and critically analyze the trend and implement actions Customer Focus: • Customer Orientation:  Anticipate Customers’ needs, provide input for solution, and demonstrate industry standards.  Provide input to the customer on areas other than project work and build confidence with the customer at higher levels to be treated as an advisor  Analyzes and constantly improves system, process and nature of services being provided to the customer. People Management: • Building Teams:  Communicates the interdependencies across multiple teams within own area  Drives development within the team to create stretch assignment and inspire the team by demonstrating commitment to support.
