Role Overview:
Join ICICI Lombard as a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Handle customer queries, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive client experience. This is a 100% voice process (inbound calls only).
🧭 Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries and complaints.

Deliver excellent customer support to enhance client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate call records and follow company protocols.

Contribute to retention and customer success initiatives.
💰 Salary Details

Freshers: ₹16K–₹17K (₹2.5 LPA approx.)

Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹26K (₹3.7 LPA approx.)
⏰ Shift Timings

Male: 7:00 AM – 12:30 AM (any 9.5-hour shift)

Female: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM (any 9.5-hour shift)
Working Days: 5 days/week
Week Offs: 2 rotational offs
