Job Description/Skills Required
- Strong understand of US Mortgage, Default Administration, underwriting support including Assets, Wages and Income calculation Good understanding of FHA, VA and USDA guidelines is an added advantage Conventional Mortgage underwriting Experience in calculating income for both salaried and self employed Good understanding of asset review, appraisal review, credit review, underwriting, income calculation. Able to fore forecast, plan and deliver effectively at engagement level Identify and critically analyze the trend and implement actions Customer Focus: • Customer Orientation: Anticipate Customers’ needs, provide input for solution, and demonstrate industry standards.
