EY is hiring for the role of Analyst in International Voice Process for one the Uk Captive.
- Minimum of 2 to 12 months of experience in a customer service role, highly preferable in an international voice process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral accent.
- Familiarity with British Telecom programs and services is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in flexible hours.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Voice Role: Primarily focused on handling international customer inquiries and issues through voice calls.
- Online Front-Ending
- Upselling: Requires the ability to identify upselling opportunities and integrate them into customer interactions.
- Inbound Operations: Deals with incoming customer calls and inquiries.
- Customer-Focused: Prioritizes customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
