Job Summary
The Dispute Resolution Analyst is responsible for handling first-level chargeback and dispute cases across multiple card brands and reason codes. The role involves analyzing disputes, validating merchant documentation, and ensuring compliance with card network regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze first-level disputes across multiple card brands

Ensure timely resolution as per card network rules and guidelines

Review merchant responses and attach supporting documentation

Maintain accurate dispute records and case documentation
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory and card brand requirements

Follow daily work instructions and adapt to process updates

Escalate complex or exception cases as required
Required Skills

Knowledge of chargeback and dispute processes
