You will be aligned with Accenture’s Customer Support vertical, responsible for managing and resolving customer queries across international voice and chat channels. The role involves handling escalations, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring resolutions are provided within defined SLAs, transforming customer support into a value-generating service.
