Roles and Responsibilities
Being a position involving client management, the role itself is an exciting mix of operational delivery and an opportunity to explore the entrepreneur in you. Apart from holding the Global compliance and payroll function, the expansion mode that we are presently in will provide you with an opportunity to delve into new avenues.
Role-specific skillsets:
Experience: 5 Years to 8 Years of relevant experience.
Education: B.com, CA Inter, Semi Qualified CA. (Not prefer Pursuing CA candidates)
Shift: Day shift.
Accounting
• Accounting up to finalization, Inter-company accounting and reconciliation (Well versed with Different Accounting Standards, Schedule VI, Income tax etc.)
• Review of work performed by others
• Review of Input for GST, TDS & Service Tax
• Operational knowledge about payroll
• GL Maintenance, Monthly P & L and MIS preparation
• Co-coordinating with other internal teams
• Statutory compliance with regard TDS, GST, Profession Tax
• Adherence to the policies of the client with regard to accounting and reporting
• Identifying the issues
Finalization
• Assisting in finalization, preparation of accounts, working papers
• Preparation of accounts in Schedule III
• Preparation of tax audit exhibits
• Providing information for annual tax return
Team leading
- Leading a team of 2-3 people, daily planning of deliverables, monitoring.
- Good Communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
– B.COM Graduate.
– 4 8 years experience in end-to-end Indian accounting, finalization of accounting, BRS, GST, TDS, etc.
– Experienced in Client Management
– Proficient in MS Office-especially Excel
– Good English Communication
