🔍 Job Description
As a Process Specialist – Data Management, you’ll be responsible for handling reference data, securities identification, pricing operations, and vendor data validation. You’ll contribute toward data integrity, accuracy, and reporting within tight SLAs and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform securities identification, static data management, and pricing.

Handle data requests via chat, email, or calls promptly.

Analyze, document, and continuously improve business processes.

Act as QC Analyst and mentor for junior team members.

Support team operations through data validation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Ensure delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Help implement best practices and maintain performance benchmarks.
Skills Required:

Knowledge of Reference Data Management, Securities Identification, Pricing, Vendor Data.

Strong in analytical thinking, documentation, and reporting.

Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.

Proficiency in tools like Excel, SHL Assessment Platform, and basic reporting software.

Comfortable working in rotational US shifts (including night shift).
