Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders, build rapport, and guide them through upcoming organizational changes.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, subject matter experts, leaders, and teams.
- Manage change processes, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Enable users to understand tools, processes, and complete change management tasks accurately.
- Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of change tasks.
- Triage process or system issues and escalate as needed.
- Monitor change health, report issues, and suggest process improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and knowledge management.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 6 years experience in Hospitality or Travel Industry.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in US shift (night shift), rotational off, and work from office.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and process adherence.
