🎯 Job Description:
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in technical support/service desk (voice) processes and a solid understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops and laptops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-user/customer queries from GAR, GER, and AMR (Global regions).
- Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues efficiently.
- Provide technical assistance and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Deliver world-class support for Microsoft 365 tools and related platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools:
- Outlook: Email & calendar management
- OneNote: Note-taking & organization
- Access (PC only): Database creation & reporting
- OneDrive: Cloud storage & file sync (up to 1TB)
- SharePoint: Document management & collaboration
- Exchange Online: Email hosting & calendaring
- Microsoft Teams: Chat, calls & meetings
- Excel: Advanced data analysis

Basic Knowledge of Windows Tools:
