As an Officer – Customer Care (Virtual Care), you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience by handling inbound and outbound interactions, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining service excellence in line with HDFC Bank’s standards.

- Handle customer queries and requests efficiently through calls and virtual channels.
- Ensure zero-defect processing and accurate resolution within defined timelines (TAT).
- Process hotlisting of lost cards promptly and accurately.
- Maintain service level productivity, call handling time, and quality metrics.
- Ensure strict compliance with audit and standard quality (SQ) guidelines.
- Deliver consistent, professional, and customer-centric communication at all times.

- Education: Any Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: 0–3 years in customer service, voice/blended process, or banking preferred
- Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
