📝 Job Description:

HCLTech is hiring for experienced professionals in OTC – Collections with strong domain knowledge and team handling experience. This role involves Cash Collection, Customer Account Management, Compliance, and Client Relationship Handling.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end collections process
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers
• Ensure compliance with financial and audit controls
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Track, report, and follow up on overdue accounts

🔧 Required Skills & Eligibility:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Collections
• Prior experience in team handling (on paper) preferred
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Strong process knowledge in collections
• Any Graduate (Minimum 15 years of education mandatory)
• Willingness to work night shifts (No rotational or day shift)
• Work from Office – 5 days a week
