Role Summary
- Lead US payment settlement operations and governance
- Manage incidents, client interactions, and process improvements
- Ensure SLA, quality, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Work closely with clients, sponsor banks, and internal teams
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Incident Management
- Handle Tier-3 incidents (file failures, funding issues, reconciliation breaks)
- Drive resolution and reduce turnaround time (MTTR)
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare WBR/MBR reports (volume, KPIs, escalations)
- Track automation and process improvements
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Communicate with clients, banks, and card networks
- Translate requirements into clear operational processes
Team Leadership (For Manager Role)
- Manage team performance, capacity planning, and scheduling
- Conduct coaching, reviews, and talent development
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to controls (SoD, audits, data privacy)
- Maintain risk frameworks and documentation
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of payment settlement systems (TSYS, FIS, etc.)
- Experience in BFSI operations and reconciliation
- Advanced Excel, SQL, and reporting skills
- Stakeholder management and leadership ability
- Knowledge of tools like Salesforce, SFTP, SharePoint
Eligibility Criteria
- 4–6 years experience in payment/settlement operations
- Experience in team handling (for managerial role)
- Immediate to short notice candidates preferred
