Education Required:

• B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice processing for PO and Non-PO
• Payment processing, vendor clearing & reconciliations
• Manage vendor queries and employee expense reports
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting
• Use SAP for daily transaction entries and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice exceptions
• Maintain proper records in line with AP process documentation

✅ Candidate Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of formal education
• Prior experience in Accounts Payable / PTP domain
• Working knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Must have experience with bank reconciliations, journal entries, subsidiary books, inventory valuation, and financial statements
