🧾 Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing for PO and Non-PO
- Payment processing, vendor clearing & reconciliations
- Manage vendor queries and employee expense reports
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting
- Use SAP for daily transaction entries and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice exceptions
- Maintain proper records in line with AP process documentation
✅ Candidate Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of formal education
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable / PTP domain
- Working knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Must have experience with bank reconciliations, journal entries, subsidiary books, inventory valuation, and financial statements
