👤 Candidate Profile:
- Any graduate from a recognized university
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support or banking preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with prior customer service / phone banking experience are an advantage
- Ability to work under deadlines and deliver high-quality service
- Basic understanding of banking processes is a plus
