WNS is looking for candidates with relevant experience in Record to Report (RTR) and General Ledger (GL) Accounting. Selected candidates will be responsible for accounting operations, financial reconciliations, journal entries, reporting activities, and maintaining quality standards while meeting client requirements.
General Ledger (GL) and RTR Job Responsibilities
- Perform General Ledger accounting and management activities.
- Prepare journal entries according to client requirements and defined quality standards.
- Handle daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting and reporting activities.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and statutory or financial reporting as applicable.
- Review accounting activities and ensure deliverables meet client quality requirements before submission.
- Prepare standard and ad hoc journal entries.
- Clear suspense account open items and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve outstanding issues.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
- Manage fixed asset accounting and reconciliations.
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Support account finalisation and period-end closing activities.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with established accounting procedures.
