Job Role or Description

• Graduate
• Strong communication skills across various levels of the organization
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong experience in HR administration
• Proficient in HR applications (People Soft, SAP, SF etc.) resolve customer issues
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Successful experience in a highly focused customer service environment
• Sense of urgency with effective reaction to critical issues.
• Effective listening and communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fair knowledge of HR policies, Employee Benefits, procedures and employment laws
• Good understanding of welfare plan provisions
• Wide knowledge of local laws of the employee program and workers compensation in multiple regions
• Intense customer service focus with a strong sense of urgency
