Job Role: Quality Control/Audit – Quotation
The role involves ensuring the quality and accuracy of quotations, auditing processes to maintain compliance, and verifying client orders and quotations against the company’s standards.
- Perform Quality audits to measure accuracy identifying errors and closure of transaction in specified timelines.
- Provide feedback & coaching to agents for errors identified during Quality checks
- Decisive in Root Cause Analysis and in tracing responsibility
- Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams discussing process updates and process gaps
- Shift timing as per MEA region
- Mandatory work from office
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred background in commerce, finance, or related fields)
- Experience: 3-6+ years in quality control, audit, or quotation management
- Skills: Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and good communication
