Job Role: Order Management
In the Order Management role at HCL, you will be responsible for:
- Order verification (OVC) and Order Entry Validate the pre-order received and refer it back to the Client Sales team if additional information is needed Validate technical/site details Gather and verify data with the customer, including: Customer name and technical/site contacts, site readiness Products ordered, product intervals, and customer delivery date requirements Review order status communication plan Obtain Customer Service Record (CSR) for porting requests submitted through the client order to cash platform Scrub and validate CSR to ensure numbers on the pre-order match those on the CSR Reserve appropriate telephone numbers (VOIP Orders) Confirm that all documentation and customer information provided by Sales, Solution Architect, Global Client Services, and the Customer is complete Update and complete order information Submit orders to provisioning Manage fallout/exception orders, including
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (preferred background in commerce or business)
- Experience: 7-12+years in order management, supply chain, or customer service
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
