Role Overview:
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery to clients while also driving sales and operations within the branch. This role requires a customer-centric approach to service management, proficiency in sales, and a strong understanding of operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Responsibilities:
- Be the one-point contact for all client service needs such as address changes, FD closures, and resolving queries.
- Provide seamless, fast, easy, and transparent services to clients.
- Onboard new clients through welcome calls and ensure their engagement via mobile apps, net banking, and other non-branch channels.
- Resolve client requests and queries within defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Enhance client satisfaction and reduce complaint instances.
- Increase client retention through effective cross-selling of FD/lockers/SIPs, etc.
- Ensure exceptional client servicing at the branch lobby.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients for the bank and manage family accounts of existing clients.
- Actively engage with clients to increase cross-selling opportunities and reduce client attrition.
- Cross-sell various banking products including Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Insurance, SIPs, Mutual Funds, FD, RD.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of banking processes such as account opening, KYC, and other operational activities.
- Ensure proper authorization and audit checks for all operational transactions.
- Handle trade-business, non-trade, and general banking operations within the branch.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Experience: 2-3 years in the banking industry, with at least 1-2 years in a service role or sales within banking or financial services.
- Age Limit: Below 32 years.

- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Service-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Positive attitude with natural empathy and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to leverage client relationships to meet sales targets.
