🎯 Responsibilities:
- Execute financial transactions (US Retirement/401k) as per client-defined SLAs.
- Update & reconcile accounts in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Adhere strictly to training guidelines and process compliance.
- Ensure data accuracy and timeline adherence for all processes.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- 👨🎓 Education: Any Full-time Graduate (Mandatory)
- 💼 Experience: 0 to 2 years in non-voice/back-end financial services preferred
- 🕒 Must be comfortable with US Night Shifts
- 📍 100% Work from Office – No hybrid/remote options
- 📄 Must carry Graduation Completion Certificate and Mark Sheets
