Job Description
The Sales Manager – CASA will lead the acquisition and growth of Current and Savings Accounts for the bank. This role is ideal for dynamic professionals with a strong background in retail banking, sales management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) sales for assigned branches
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the CASA sales team to maximize performance
- Acquire new clients through effective relationship management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Monitor branch CASA performance and prepare regular business reports
Required Skills:
- Strong sales acumen and leadership qualities
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Target-driven and team-oriented mindset
- Sound understanding of banking products and processes
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking (CASA or branch sales experience preferred)
