Role: Content Moderator (Experienced)
Experience: 1 – 4 Years
Salary: ₹2.25 – ₹3.25 LPA
Department: Customer Success, Service & Operations

Shift: Rotational (including Night Shifts)
Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 rotational week offs
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate online content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform standards
- Identify and handle sensitive, inappropriate, or harmful content with professionalism and emotional maturity
- Maintain accuracy and consistency while reviewing user-generated content
- Escalate flagged content issues as per company policies
- Follow all standard operating procedures and maintain data confidentiality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate (with all academic documents – PC & CMM mandatory)
- Experience: 1–4 years in content moderation (mandatory)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Emotionally resilient and able to handle sensitive material professionally
- Analytical mindset with strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and time management abilities
- Proficient in internet navigation and social media tools
- Immediate joiners preferred
