Key Responsibilities
🛍️ Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and assist in identifying their product needs
- Explain product features, pricing, and availability clearly
- Provide product demos when required
- Handle customer issues or escalate them to management as needed
💼 Sales
- Promote store products to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Cross-sell and upsell items to boost revenue
- Keep track of ongoing offers and promotions
- Manage billing transactions at the register
🧾 Merchandising & Inventory
- Organize shelves and product displays neatly
- Maintain attractive store visual merchandising
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management
🧹 Store Maintenance & Teamwork
- Keep store premises clean and safe
- Coordinate with team members for smooth operations
- Participate in team meetings and product training sessions
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: 10+2 / Diploma / Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years in retail or customer service
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and basic math
- Other Requirements: Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holiday schedules
