As an Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). This role is ideal for professionals who are ambitious, customer-oriented, and passionate about banking sales.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Identify and explore new markets and potential customers through local marketing activities such as canopy setups, leaflet distribution, and cold calling.

Manage leads generated by cross-selling or internal referrals.

Drive high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Achieve individual sales and business development targets for income generation and new customer acquisition.

Manage the loan process end-to-end, including documentation, counselling, and disbursement.

Coordinate with collections teams to ensure EMI recovery and prevent defaults.

Build strong market relationships with local builders, business communities, and partners.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate in BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or equivalent.

Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers and experienced candidates from NBFCs or Banking preferred).
