💼 Job Summary
The AR Caller role involves handling customer service support and collections calls for the US Healthcare process.
Candidates should have prior experience in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) or DME (Durable Medical Equipment) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
You will manage outbound and inbound calls to insurance companies and patients, perform eligibility verification, obtain authorizations, update payer information, and ensure timely collections and claim resolution.

Handle outbound calls to insurance companies and patients for claim follow-up and eligibility verification.

Manage inbound calls, resolving inquiries and providing top-quality customer service.

Ensure first-call resolution for customer requests and complaints.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all interactions.

Work within set SLA and KPI targets to meet performance goals.

Update account details and case logs in line with client workflows.

Ensure compliance with US Healthcare regulations and HIPAA guidelines.
