Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Automating the compliance functions will be the Key job role. 2. Tracking and disseminating regulatory circulars, developments and guidelines from SEBI, NSE, BSE and MCX. 3. Assisting teams in interpretation and implementation of the regulatory directives and various internal policies 4. Assisting in implementation of regulatory requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 Handling Compliances laid down by SEBI, NSE, BSE and MCX for Authorized Persons. 5. Handling Authorized Persons and Branch Inspections as per Stock Exchanges circulars. 6. Handling submission of various regulatory reporting. 7. Should be able to implement Training Calendar within the Company.
