Job Description/Skills Required
- 1) Credit Appraisal & Recommendation: Responsible for the credit appraisal and underwriting of self-employed customers. Assessment of risk and repaying capacity of the customer to ascertain the credit worthiness. Recommending the loan application for sanctioning post the credit appraisal process. 2) Personal Discussion: Interacting with customers via telephone and visiting business setup to understand nature of business in order to fulfil the customer’s needs and requirements. 3) Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with various channel partners & customers to generate more business. Skills 1) Communication Skills Strong command over verbal/written communication and should be a good listener (Proficiency over regional language will be an added advantage). 2) Integrity To exhibit high level of integrity and business ethics. 3) Teamwork Ability to work in a team to achieve the organization’s goals. 4) Decision Making Ability to choose the best course of action based on data analysis and selecting the optimal outcome 5) Interpersonal & Convincing Skills Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a formal and informal forum. 6) Time Management Ability to multitask and prioritize activities by ensuring TAT is maintained in order to achieve desired results. 7) Analytical Skills To analyze financial statements like balance sheet, profit and loss statement, ratio analysis and other requisite documents.
