🎯 Job Responsibilities:

Deliver voice-based support to international clients in a 24×7 environment

Handle customer queries via voice, email, and chat

Resolve issues promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Maintain communication etiquette and follow company protocols

Adhere to performance metrics like TAT, FCR, and CSAT
👤 Candidate Profile:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Basic computer literacy – MS Word, Excel, Outlook

Typing speed of 25+ WPM with accuracy

Must be open to night shifts and rotational offs
