Role & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries, concerns, and requests through calls, emails, or chat in line with ICICI Lombard standards.

Document and record transactions and follow-ups accurately.

Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant functional area with a clear summary and priority.

Provide customers with clear explanations of actions taken and resolutions.

Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Manage irate or challenging customers professionally.

Operate telephone systems, automatic dialing systems, and other telecom technologies efficiently.

No sales targets or fieldwork involved.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education: Any Graduate (Mandatory)
✅ Experience: 0 – 5 years in customer service, insurance, or similar roles
✅ Skills:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Customer handling and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple queries efficiently

Familiarity with CRM tools and telecommunication systems
