Wipro BPS is hiring Process Associates for its Durgapur location. This is a walk-in interview for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Wipro Process Associate Walk-In – Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day process operations as per Wipro standards.

• Handle customer queries, emails, or voice interactions if required.

• Maintain data accuracy and process documentation.

• Adhere to SLA and shift requirements.

• Flexible to work rotational/nigh shifts as per business needs.

• Relocate within Wipro transport boundary if needed.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Education: Any Graduate or HSC (Full-time students not eligible)
✅ Typing Skills: 30 WPM / 90% accuracy
✅ Experience: Fresher / 0-1 Year
✅ Skills:

• Excellent communication skills

• Comfortable with Work From Office

• Adaptable to rotational or night shifts

• Relocation-ready if outside Wipro transport area

Note: Candidates with niche degrees like B.Ed, MBA, BA LLB, or similar are not eligible.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ₹3 LPA

• Monthly Take Home: ~₹20,000

• Relocation Bonus: ₹30,000 (clawback applicable for 12 months)

• Shift Allowance: ₹0 – 3,000 (Variable Component)
