Job Title: Chartered Accountant
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Experience Required: 1-3 Years
Salary: ₹6-12 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and manage budgets, track financial performance, and analyze cost variance.
- Optimize costing by understanding process flow charts, BOM (Balance of Materials), and per-process costing.
- Handle TDS, GST reconciliation, and ensure statutory compliance.
- Utilize MS Excel, Tally, and Power BI for financial reporting and cost analysis.
- Conduct cost estimation and work on optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with Pepsico’s finance team for billing negotiations and assist in audits.
- Stay updated with financial regulations and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Mandatory CA certification.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of costing, estimation, and process optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, and taxation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
