Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Bengaluru (Whitefield)
Experience Required: 1-4 Years
Salary: ₹4-6.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Prepare Key Performance Metrics (KPM) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting.
- Utilize Excel features, such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP, for analyzing large datasets.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Participate in ad hoc reporting projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Financial Analyst with a focus on US geography.
- Prior experience in financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
