• Finance Roles:
  CA/CMA or MBA (Finance) with 60% marks. Note: General or dual specialization not allowed.
• Materials Management:
  Engineering degree or MBA (Materials) / PGDM in Materials Management (2 years, UGC/AICTE recognized).

• Vice President: 44 Years
• Additional Chief Manager: 44 Years
• Sr. Manager: 42 Years
• Manager: 40 Years
• Deputy Manager: 37 Years
• Assistant Manager: 35 Years
• Senior Engineer: 32 Years
• Engineer / Officer / Jr. Engg Asst (II): 30 Years

💰 HURL Salary Structure (CTC – in ₹)

• Vice President: 1,20,000 – 2,80,000
• Additional Chief Manager: 90,000 – 2,40,000
• Sr. Manager: 80,000 – 2,20,000
• Manager: 70,000 – 2,00,000
• Deputy Manager: 60,000 – 1,80,000
• Assistant Manager: 50,000 – 1,60,000
• Senior Engineer: 45,000 – 1,50,000
• Engineer / Officer: 40,000 – 1,40,000
