💼 Role: Order to Cash – Cash Applications
👥 Experience: 3 – 8 years
📍 Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
🕒 Shift: 24*7 rotational (including US hours)
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivables end-to-end, including cash application, remittance matching, and posting to ERP.
- Resolve payment mismatches, deductions, and short payments with accuracy.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve disputes and ensure cash flow accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain reports, assist in audits, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Quality team and act as mentor/SME for team members.
- Work with tools like Oracle, Excel, PPT, and shared mailboxes/customer portals.
✅ Qualifications:
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in AR, CashApps, O2C process
- Strong knowledge of finance, Excel, reconciliations, and client communication
- Comfortable with night shifts/US timings and handling international clients
