Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Responsible to oversee the end to end AR accounting for Alternate Channel Collection, Debit Notes, PQV. 2. Ensure Collections from all customers received are accounted timely. Follow up with the customers & highlight the open items in the Customer Accounts. 3. Timely Clearing of Collections against the open Invoices as per Payment advice received from customers 4. Ensure the Customer Debit Notes are tracked and accounted on a timely basis. Follow up with the customers & highlight the open items in the Customer Accounts. 5. Continuous Monitoring of Debtors Position and follow up on the Overdue Invoices with the customers 6. Timely accounting of Debit Notes after Proper scrutiny and adherence to the SOP 7. Review the POD reconciliation done by 3P and highlight the deviations with respective stakeholders 8. Validate the Price & Quantity Variance deduction with relevant Documents ( Payment Advice ,PO , Invoice and GRN ) received from stakeholders and ensure timely accounting as per SOP 9. Follow up with the customers against the wrong deductions made with relevant proofs received from stake holders 10. Responsible for Quartely reconciliation of accounts with customers and sign off 11. Ensure timely delivery of various daily, weekly and monthly MIS/reports 12. Responsible for the management of Service Level Agreement compliance by outsourced service provider
