💼 Job Description:

Hexaware is looking for skilled professionals for its Telecom Support – Voice Process team. This is a customer-facing technical support role, ideal for candidates with experience in network troubleshooting, router configuration, and broadband installation.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound voice calls from telecom customers

• Troubleshoot broadband and router-related technical issues

• Provide real-time resolutions

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

• Escalate unresolved issues to technical leads

• Follow communication protocols and documentation standards

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 Year experience in Telecom / ISP domain

• Must have worked with router configurations or broadband installation

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Immediate joiners or candidates with <15 days notice period preferred

• Comfortable working in 24/7 shifts (5 days a week)

• Freshers are not eligible
