💼 About the Role – Trade Relationship Manager
This is a client-facing sales role where you will be responsible for acquiring and managing Current Account clients engaged in international trade, and cross-selling Forex & Trade Finance products.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Acquire high-value Current Account customers involved in global trade
-
Promote Trade & Forex products such as:
-
Forward Contracts
-
Letters of Credit (LC)
-
Bank Guarantees (BG)
-

Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML, and RBI guidelines
-
Communicate transparently about product rates, charges, and benefits
-
Maintain strong Average Monthly Balance (AMB) in customer accounts
-
Submit regular reports and MIS to management
-
Stay updated with market trends, client behavior, and competitor strategies
👤 Preferred Candidate Profile:

3–6 years of overall banking experience
-
Minimum 1–3 years in Trade FX or Foreign Exchange Services

Strong knowledge of:

Trade & Forex Products
-
Global Trade Accounts
-
Compliance & Regulatory guidelines

Excellent relationship-building and client engagement skills

Minimum qualification: Graduate, preferably a Postgraduate
