Job Description – Business Development Manager

Acquire Current Account customers in the identified segment and generate referrals from the catchment area.

Ensure high-quality current account acquisition and activation through direct banking channels.

Meet & exceed monthly targets by analyzing customer transaction banking needs.

Support the Area Sales Manager in catchment mapping and scoping.

Provide regular feedback on customer opportunities & business development needs.

Maintain sourcing quality as per Bank policies.
Preferred Candidate Profile

2 – 7 years of experience in BFSI industry preferred.

Open market sales professionals from other industries are also welcome.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills.
