- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support mission-critical applications related to stock plan services and equity compensation.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate from a recognized university.
- 6–12 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe Application Development.
- Strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Proven background in application enhancement, maintenance, and production support.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
