Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new markets and generate business through field activities such as canopy campaigns, leaflet distribution, cold calling, and local marketing initiatives.
• Acquire new customers for Home Loan and Loan Against Property products.
• Handle leads received from sales, cross-selling, and referral channels.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to improve customer retention.
• Guide customers through the complete loan journey, from application and documentation to sanction and disbursement.
• Achieve individual business targets related to customer acquisition, product sales, and revenue generation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
• Support customers in repayment and assist collections in reducing loan defaults when required.
• Develop business relationships with local builders, business communities, and channel partners.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.Tech, BE, or any other bachelor’s degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in Banking or NBFCs.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
• Good customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field sales and business development activities.
