Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 80+ store associates.
- Ensure efficient staff scheduling (ROTA) based on business requirements.
- Maintain store hygiene, FIFO practices, merchandising, and price displays.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and smooth store operations.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment from the warehouse.
- Support process audits, stock audits, and store opening/closing activities.
- Train Junior Floor Officers and Store Associates.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Senior Warehouse Officer / Godown Officer
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, picking, staging, loading, and unloading.
- Manage warehouse teams and daily operational activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse documentation.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and operational efficiency.
- Support cost optimization initiatives and warehouse process improvements.
Senior Purchase Officer
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Preferred Background: FMCG Sales
Qualification: Any Graduation or Diploma (10+3 or 12+2 Diploma)
Job Location: Across Karnataka
Key Responsibilities
- Manage category purchasing activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure product availability and inventory planning.
- Support procurement operations and vendor management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (Diploma accepted for the Purchase Officer role as specified).
- Relevant experience based on the position applied for.
- Age should be up to 31 years.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate within Karnataka, if required.
